
Rural Liaison Clinical Healthcare Professional

As a Clinical Nurse within the Central Adelaide Local Health Network, you will provide high-quality patient-centred nursing care across a variety of health service settings. This role offers the opportunity to develop from a competent to a proficient practitioner, with accountability for your own practice, delegated activities and supporting the professional growth of less experienced staff.
Key responsibilities include providing case management, support quality and safety initiatives, and contributing to projects that ensure the service meets its key performance indicators. You will work closely with medical, nursing and allied health staff to deliver coordinated care and improve health outcomes for rural patients.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing Board of Australia, holding or able to hold a current practising certificate.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, solve problems, resolve conflicts and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Proven experience in prioritising workloads, working independently and providing leadership and guidance to students and less experienced staff.
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, professional standards, contemporary healthcare issues and the South Australian Public Health System.
