IT Process Coordinator Job Description

Anton Murray Consulting is seeking a skilled IT Process Coordinator to join their team in Melbourne. As a key member of the technology organization, you will play a crucial role in establishing the reporting framework to support regulatory change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document report production processes on Confluence
  • Liaise with offshore system owners to ensure data access, quality, and timeliness
  • Automate reporting requirements using batch scheduling and automated reporting frameworks
  • Create and maintain data dictionaries

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar reporting position
  • Some exposure to local technology regulatory requirements (such as CPS234)
  • Experience producing reports from various SaaS platforms (ServiceNow, Salesforce, PowerBI etc.)
  • Use of JIRA for item tracking and Confluence for digital document production and maintenance
  • PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio document production for specific forums
  • Analytical skills and a structured methodical approach towards statistics and trend analysis
