Technical Service Specialist

The position involves providing expert technical support, maintenance, and repairs to customers across a range of industries. As a Technical Service Specialist, you will be responsible for performing on-site maintenance and troubleshooting of complex equipment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and lubricating equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair faulty machinery, using diagnostic techniques and tools
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers, ensuring their equipment is operating efficiently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer demand and resolve issues quickly

Requirements:
  • Trade qualification in Electrician and/or Fitter & Turner
  • 2-3 years experience servicing industrial machinery, with strong mechanical aptitude
  • Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
