This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Field Service Technician in Newcastle, NSW.

You will be responsible for servicing and maintaining a range of forklifts and warehouse equipment on-site with customers, delivering top-notch technical support and keeping downtime to a minimum. You will also build strong relationships with customers and represent us with pride, keeping accurate service records and reports.

To succeed in this role you will need a trade qualification (heavy or light vehicle mechanic, plant, diesel, or similar), strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills, a customer-focused attitude and a commitment to quality workmanship. You will also need a current driver's licence.
