Service Technician Position

We are seeking an experienced Service Technician to provide on-site maintenance and repair services for various industrial equipment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks and conduct repairs on forklifts and warehouse equipment
  • Deliver exceptional technical support to minimize downtime and ensure customer satisfaction
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS AND PROVIDE HIGH-QUALITY SERVICE
  • Maintain accurate service records and reports
Requirements:
  • Relevant trade qualification (heavy or light vehicle mechanic, plant, diesel, or similar)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • CUSTOMER-CENTRIC ATTITUDE AND COMMITMENT TO EXCELLENCE IN WORKMANSHIP
  • Valid driver's license
