We are seeking a highly skilled Wellbeing Specialist to join our dedicated Health, Safety and Wellbeing team at Nine Entertainment. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving our psychosocial risk strategy and implementing wellbeing initiatives across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive psychosocial risk framework and strategic wellbeing objectives.
  • Design and implement wellbeing and mental health programs tailored to the needs of our employees.
  • Provide expert advice and support to employees on wellbeing-related matters.
  • Drive a health and wellbeing culture from a behavioural and compliance perspective.
  • Lead health and wellbeing monitoring, including managing functional and psychosocial risk.
  • Collaborate with the broader Health, Safety and Wellbeing team to achieve our wellbeing goals.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in developing, implementing, and monitoring psychosocial risks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues.
  • Experience in driving a health and wellbeing culture from a behavioural and compliance perspective in a large, complex organisation.
  • Strong understanding of the psychosocial risk elements of the WHS Legislation.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with leaders and stakeholders.
