About The Position

The successful candidate will provide high-level executive, administrative, and project support services to senior leaders, supporting the achievement of strategic and operational objectives.

You will analyze and evaluate all areas of contract operation, including compliance with contractual obligations, formulate reports, and make recommendations. Additionally, you will assist in forward planning and execution of strategic goals; evaluation and understanding of third-party groups; recommendation and implementation of best practice initiatives.

  • Personal integrity and personal values consistent with our company's values.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business/Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar business area.
  • Worked within a multi-discipline/multi-function environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in operational project planning, reporting, and analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience operating within this environment at management level.
  • Demonstrated experience in research, evaluation, and preparation of written proposals and business case scenarios.
  • Superior stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence others and build respect.
  • Strong Project management skills.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Deadline orientation with accurate and timely delivery.
  • Post graduate degree or higher in Business and/or Management (desirable).
