Job Title: Maintenance Planner
Job Description">We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Maintenance Planner to join our team. As a key member of our Maintenance and Reliability team, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling all preventative maintenance activities for our factory.
You will work closely with our production teams to ensure that all maintenance activities are completed efficiently and effectively, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity. Your role will also involve developing and implementing long-term preventative maintenance strategies, managing materials and equipment, and prioritizing tasks across the team.
As a skilled planner, you will have experience in maintenance planning or scheduling, preferably within FMCG or dairy industries. You will possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications">- Minimum 5 years' experience in maintenance planning or scheduling, ideally within FMCG or dairy industries
- Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams
- A solid understanding of maintenance systems (MEX) and reporting tools, with experience in data analysis and interpretation
