We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structural Supervisor to join our team at Field Mining Services Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of our structural services to mine sites throughout Australasia.
Key Responsibilities- Site Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our structural workforce on site, ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with our safety policies and procedures.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and expectations, and working closely with them to deliver high-quality services.
- Resource Management: Manage the allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Compliance: Monitor and manage compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, ensuring that our operations are always in line with best practice.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement changes to processes and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and management, to ensure that everyone is informed and aligned with our goals and objectives.
- Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in structural operations and management.
- Qualifications: Relevant trade qualifications and a current driver's license.
