About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Structural Supervisor to join our team, bringing a strong background in piping and structural work. Your expertise will be invaluable in planning, coordinating, and supervising daily activities of work crews, ensuring compliance with internal, client, and legislative HSE requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage work crews to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement effective plans to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a supervisory role in the mining industry
  • Strong piping and structural background
  • Australian Recognised Boilermaker/Fabrication Trade Certificate
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
