Structural Supervisor

At Monadelphous, we're committed to delivering exceptional results on some of the world's most complex projects. As a Structural Supervisor, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the success of our Mackay Operations Team in the Bowen Basin.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and coordinate daily activities of work crews to ensure compliance with internal, client, and legislative HSE requirements.
- Develop and implement plans to meet quality, production, and environmental project requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.

- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in the mining industry.
- Strong piping and structural background is highly desirable.
- Australian Recognised Boilermaker/Fabrication Trade Certificate.
- Dragline and Wash plant shutdown experience is highly desirable but not essential.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to ensuring a safe working environment.
