We are seeking an experienced Continuous Quality Improvement Facilitator to join our team in Alice Springs.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading Congress' immunisation services, providing leadership across all Congress Clinics to improve vaccination awareness and coverage rates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and report on Congress' immunisation systems, including NTIR and AIR reporting
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve vaccination rates and awareness
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Extensive experience in a similar role or in a healthcare setting
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote location

This is a maximum term contract position, offering a competitive salary of $115,459 - $123,981 per annum, plus a district allowance and remote benefits.
