We are seeking a Senior Quality Manager to lead our quality initiatives and ensure the highest standards of excellence. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and implementing process improvements. You will work closely with our operations and engineering teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions that meet our quality and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality strategies that align with our business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues
  • Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to improve processes and reduce defects
  • Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to measure performance
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in quality management, including experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Strong knowledge of quality principles and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel as required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Lead Auditor/Auditor Certification
  • Experience with lean Six Sigma methodology
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
