Job Overview

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in building strong relationships and driving business growth.

You'll split your focus across Business Development (50%) — securing new clients, partnerships, and opportunities to expand market share — and Account Management (50%) — nurturing and growing existing client relationships while ensuring seamless event delivery from planning to post-stay.

As part of our MICE team, you'll play a key role in achieving sales targets, building strategic partnerships, and representing our premium brand across the Pacific region.

About You

Education: A bachelor's degree is preferred.

Work Experience: Proven background in both business development and account management within hospitality, travel, or MICE industries. Strong knowledge of meetings & events, travel, and tourism markets (networks, industry specificities) is essential.

  • Excellent written, interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Planning ability, project management, and time management
  • Enthusiastic, diligent, and professional all-rounder
  • Polite, friendly, and proactive thinker, able to deal with difficult situations
  • Great negotiation and analytical skills
  • Ability to take decisions effectively and provide commercial direction
  • Ability to generate ideas, prioritize, and manage several different tasks at once
  • Confident presenting to clients, partners, and at industry events

Technical Skills:

  • Good level in: Microsoft Office including PowerPoint and Excel, Salesforce
