The role of Site Manager at our organization presents a challenging and rewarding experience for an accomplished professional.

  • The site manager will be responsible for overseeing the construction of a $12 million medical centre, spanning three levels with a basement car park, featuring complex concrete structures.
  • A dedicated project manager and construction administrator will provide support throughout the project.


Your Responsibilities

  • Coordination of sub-contractors, suppliers, and deliveries to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Preparation and updating of fortnightly look-ahead programs to synchronize work schedules.
  • Supervising and driving subcontractor performance to meet quality standards and timelines.
  • Maintaining high standards of occupational health and safety compliance on-site.
  • Collaborating with nominated project managers and consultants.


Requirements

  • A stable employment history at Site Manager level, with trade grounding in carpentry, and proven experience in multi-level concrete structures and commercial finishes.
  • Ability to program, schedule, and sequence trades effectively.
  • Experience utilizing site safety software, preferably Buildpass.
  • Natural ability to drive projects forward while maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
