Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant, located in Bentleigh, VIC. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive support, including managing scheduling and calendar management, preparing expense reports, and handling administrative assistance tasks. The role will also involve communication on behalf of the executive and coordinating meetings and events.
Qualifications
- Executive Administrative Assistance, Administrative Assistance, and Executive Support skills
- Experience in preparing and managing Expense Reports
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience in the corporate or executive environment is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
