Marketing Operations Professional

Responsibilities

This Marketing & Operations role will manage all aspects of marketing operations, including:

  • Managing high-volume marketing projects with multiple stakeholders and timelines.
  • Defining and documenting project requirements and processes.
  • Maintaining and communicating project milestones effectively.
  • Anticipating potential risks or challenges and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Working closely with the global Marketing Operations team to understand global efficiencies, platforms, and tools.
  • Managing relationships with key vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinating projects, keeping projects on time and on budget.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • 5+ years working in a project management role.
  • DIRECT EXPERIENCE IN MANAGING MULTI-FADED PROJECTS WITH TIMELINE MANAGEMENT.
  • TASK DRIVEN AND ABILITY TO PRODUCE AND HIT KEY DELIVERABLE DEADLINES IN A FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT.
  • PROVEN ABILITY TO WORK IN A FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT WHILE MANAGING MULTIPLE SHORT AND LONG-TERM PROJECTS.
  • STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS, WRITTEN, VERBAL AND PHONE.
  • ADVANCED LEVEL SKILLS IN POWERPOINT, EXCEL, AND OTHER PLATFORMS.
  • PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN MARKETING/ADVERTISING/MEDIA INDUSTRY A PLUS.
