The role of Investment Associate involves supporting and leading end-to-end investment deal flow and execution.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Build a pipeline of new investment opportunities
  • Evaluate start-ups and engage stakeholders to formulate investment cases
  • Develop relationships with VCs and CVCs to inform future investment opportunities
  • Represent IAGFV at industry events and partnerships
  • Lead deal structuring, negotiation and due diligence
  • Develop investment papers and recommendations for the Investment Committee

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • A passion for technology and investing
  • 2-4 years experience in early-stage investment, start-ups or technology innovation
  • Proven deal execution experience and commercial acumen
  • Strong communication and financial skills
