Future Focused Legal Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Legal Counsel to play a pivotal role in shaping the nation's digital infrastructure.
As a trusted advisor, you will provide proactive legal support across various matters, including consumer protection, marketing compliance, and contractual terms of supply with retail service providers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing commercially focused legal advice on consumer protection and marketing compliance
- Reviewing marketing materials for regulatory compliance
- Supporting the management of our trademark portfolio
- Contributing to the legal design of wholesale products and contractual arrangements
To succeed in this role, you will need to hold a current legal practising certificate and have 4-6 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm or in-house environment (including secondments).
Key skills and qualifications include:
- Proven experience in providing commercial legal advice on consumer protection and marketing compliance
- Knowledge of Australian consumer laws and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A collaborative approach to working with internal stakeholders
