Position Description :

The clinic is accepting applications for a Male Mental Health Worker to join their Social Emotional and Wellbeing Team. The ideal applicant will have a Cert IV in Mental Health.

The position is full time. The successful candidate will have a good working knowledge of the local health systems on Mental Indigenous Health within the Mackay and surrounding regions.

The individual will be able to establish links within the community and advocate on behalf of Mental Health within the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders people. They will support both the SEWBU Team within the Mental Health guidelines.
