About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our Lotteries Marketing team at Endeavour Foundation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to acquire and retain customers
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Analyze sales data to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance
  • Ensure all marketing campaigns comply with internal policies and procedures
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to contribute to a culture of positive engagement
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or related fields (desired)
  • 2+ years of marketing experience in a customer-focused or similar role for a consumer organisation
  • A proven ability to develop effective direct marketing campaigns from ideation through to execution
  • A strategic and analytical mindset, with a track record of decision-making and problem-solving based on data insights
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement capabilities
