Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the marketing manager in executing campaigns for a shopping centre portfolio, focusing on general marketing tasks such as managing the marketing inbox, creating and deploying templates, approving press ads, and communicating with tenants.
  • Review and proof-edit changes to marketing collateral, including brochures and website content, and assist with event coordination, project management, and execution.
  • Assist with administrative duties, including invoices and meeting minutes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a relevant discipline.
  • Experience managing and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in the property industry will be advantageous.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • High level of attention to detail in both visual and written communications.
