Marketing Coordinator Position in Shopping Centre Marketing

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our client's team of passionate retail marketing professionals.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the coordination of digital and social media marketing across various online platforms, preparing business updates and email marketing, and coordinating marketing and community events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns;
- Prepare high-quality business updates and email marketing materials;
- Coordinate marketing and community events, including logistics and vendor management;
- Support the development of brochures, signage, flyers, and presentations for leasing and investor relations;
- Built long-standing relationships with retailers and manage relationships with external contractors;
- Monitor marketing industry news and conduct market research to identify trends;
Requirements:
- 6 months - 1 year experience in a marketing role;
- Graphic Design experience;
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, advertising, or a related field;
- Proficiency in Adobe Suites is desirable but not essential;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including copywriting and proofreading;
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills;
- Strong relationship management skills;
- Proficiency in MS Office platforms.

Salary Estimate: AU$55,000 - AU$65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
