About the Role

This role is a great opportunity to work across various functions and teams, ensuring that frameworks are fit for purpose. You will be responsible for designing and driving the adoption of consolidated project management tools, utilising methodologies like PMI, Prince2, Agile, with relevant certifications.

You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that transformation programs are delivered with the highest level of program management rigor. This includes executing projects on time, within budget, and with clear outcomes. Additionally, you will oversee complex programs across multiple teams, aligning them with organisational strategy and balancing business objectives with executional capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have proven ability to design, implement and manage comprehensive transformation frameworks. They should possess expertise in full program lifecycle management, from scoping to execution and benefits realisation, with a focus on risk management and delivery.

  • Key Responsibilities:

About You

You'll be an expert in programme management, with a proven track record of delivering successful transformations. Your skills and qualifications include advanced knowledge of methodologies like PMI, Prince2, Agile, with relevant certifications. You're also proficient with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet.
