About The Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Logistics Manager to oversee the end-to-end supply chain operations across Australia and New Zealand.

The successful candidate will lead warehouse management, transportation coordination, and inventory control, ensuring seamless delivery of products to customers.

Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with 3PL providers and freight forwarders
  • Optimise stock accuracy, reconcile stock discrepancies, and conduct regular stock takes
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and quality delivery
  • Verify warehouse invoices, process PO receipts, and report on GIT data
  • Collaborate with sales teams on product availability and fulfilment
  • Maintain compliance with Australian import/export regulations
  • Drive operational improvements through data analysis and process review
  • Procure logistics services through RFQs and tenders
Key Skills & Experience
  • Business Acumen & Stakeholder Management – Proven ability to manage third-party relationships and influence stakeholders to align operations with customer needs.
  • Inventory Control & Stock Flow Management – Strong experience managing inventory levels, warehouse performance, and optimising stock movement and working capital.
  • Transportation & Supply Chain Expertise – Skilled in managing freight forwarders, SLAs, tenders, and ensuring compliance with local customs and regulatory frameworks.
  • Reporting & Compliance – Confident in overseeing PO validation, invoice reconciliation, and contributing to audits, stocktake processes, and risk mitigation.
  • Analytical & System Capability – Advanced understanding of ERP/logistics systems, data-driven approach to logistics performance, and continuous improvement.
