Food Manufacturing Operations Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in food manufacturing, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production activities, ensuring smooth operations, efficiency, and safety.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of production workers, adhering to safety and quality standards.
- Monitor production schedules, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
- Maintain equipment, ensuring safe operation.
- Implement health and safety standards, troubleshoot issues, and work closely with other departments.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing productivity and product quality.
- Prepare and submit production reports to management.
- Assist in training and developing new staff members.
- Maintain inventory control and assist with planning production needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food manufacturing or a similar production environment.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership skills, motivating a team and fostering a positive working environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
