**Production Operator Role Summary**: We are seeking an experienced Production Operator to join our operations at a small-scale poultry food manufacturing plant.

  • Operate machinery and equipment, processing, packaging and quality assurance of items
  • Keep track of cleaning and maintenance of machines to keep them in good working order
  • Plan and schedule production runs based on demands forecast, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers
  • Continuously evaluate production processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Implement new strategies or technologies to enhance productivity and reduce costs
","Key Skills and Qualifications:

- Relevant AQF Certificate II qualification or equivalent; or 1 year of relevant work experience to substitute the qualification
- Strong knowledge of poultry processing and food safety regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Able to handle working in Cold Rooms/Freezer Rooms
