Speech Pathologist Role Overview

This is a dynamic role where you will be working as part of a transdisciplinary Key Worker Model with a team of Allied Health professionals. The primary focus will be on providing high-quality services, integrating the developmental and therapeutic needs of children, to increase their meaningful participation in daily life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver clinical services to children aged 0-10 years through individual and group work (in clinic and community-based settings).
  • Contribute to developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive service delivery model that meets the diverse needs of families.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues from various disciplines to ensure seamless care coordination and continuity.
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in Speech Pathology or equivalent qualifications.
  • Membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) or eligible for membership.
  • Proven experience working with children as a clinician/therapist within Speech Pathology.
