About the Role:

  • This apprenticeship will provide hands-on experience working on light commercial, heavy vehicles, and mobile plant equipment.

  • Effective troubleshooting and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To assist experienced mechanics in repairing and maintaining complex machinery

  • To work effectively in a team environment and contribute to the overall goals and objectives of the department

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A 3rd or 4th year apprenticeship in a relevant trade
  • Strong technical knowledge and skills in diesel mechanics
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues
  • A current driver's licence is required
