Customer Service and Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part Time Sales and Service Assistant at our Hoppers Crossing store.
This is a permanent part-time role, averaging approximately 34 hours per fortnight, including every second weekend (Saturday and Sunday).
As a Sales and Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing expert customer service to our retail and trade customers, promoting and expanding our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts, and developing strong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice.
You will also be required to achieve and exceed personal sales targets, support other team members to ensure business goals are met, and contribute to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess strong communication skills, an energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of your job, and competency in POS systems and Microsoft Office.
You will also need to be able to multi-task and prioritise your work effectively, and have a strong attention to detail.
