Key Account Growth Specialist

As a Key Account Growth Specialist, you will develop and execute strategies to drive business growth for your veterinary clients by understanding their diagnostic needs and promoting our products and services. This role involves collaborating with colleagues to implement new sales initiatives, participating in industry events, delivering educational content, and traveling overnight within your regional territory as required.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with veterinarians, owners, and clinic teams to help grow their business; selling our products and services and helping to onboard and train the veterinary teams on our diagnostic equipment, services, and technology.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and responsiveness, and have a genuine passion to deliver outstanding results.
  • Collaborate and implement new sales strategies for the benefit of customers; attend relevant industry events, deliver our educational content, and maintain and update client information using Salesforce.com.
Requirements
  • A strong foundation in both sales and technical expertise, with the confidence to engage in solution-based conversations.
  • Experience in the veterinary industry is a plus, but not essential—we value passion and a willingness to learn.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • A commitment to exceptional customer service, with a responsive and solutions-focused approach.
