Job Title: IT Support Specialist

Job Description

The IT Support Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our digital infrastructure. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional end-user experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality end-user support for hardware and software, Monday to Friday.
  • Refresh end-user workstations, including laptops, desktops, and tiny-PCs.
  • Provide VIP support to executives.
  • Offer onsite support for AV systems in meeting rooms.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in real-time, business-critical technology environments.
  • Demonstrated ability and experience in end-user IT and IT service management.
  • Strong decision-making skills, particularly in ambiguous situations.
  • Excellent relationship-building and trust-management abilities.
  • Breadth of experience in technical/functional domains.
  • Risk awareness and management.
  • Tertiary and/or postgraduate qualifications in an appropriate technology discipline.
  • Certification or working knowledge of ITIL v4 is desirable.
