The Danila Dilba Health Service is seeking a qualified Maternal Care Coordinator to provide high-quality maternal antenatal and postnatal care.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive and culturally appropriate midwifery care coordination, informed by clinical need and supported by multidisciplinary teams.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals in cross-cultural environments to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Manage tasks and resources to deliver outcomes within time considerations.
- Current registration as a Nurse and Midwife with AHPRA.
- A minimum of three years clinical experience together with high level skills in patient education.
- Experience working in antenatal and postnatal care outside of the acute setting.
- Demonstrated awareness of and sensitivity to Aboriginal culture and history.

Maintain accurate patient records using clinical practice software. Monitor patient recall systems and collaborate with allied health teams to ensure optimal maternal and newborn outcomes for our clients.
