About the role:
- We are building Australia's greatest cyber security consulting team, focusing on delivering meaningful outcomes for our clients and helping secure communities.
- This is a unique opportunity to grow Australia's preeminent cyber security business, working with diverse clients on digital transformation challenges and opportunities.
- Leading complex information security projects including ISMS implementations and audits, cyber risk assessments, organisational information security posture reviews, incident response plan reviews, and developing security frameworks and solutions.
- Preparing and presenting tailored, high-quality reports detailing security issues, recommendations, and solutions.
- Collaborating with clients to identify and develop cyber security improvements.
- Working independently as a self-starter and acting promptly on guidance.
- Leading and mentoring consultants during engagements and supporting their professional development, fostering team growth.
- Minimum 3+ years in cyber security, preferably with a global consulting firm, tech company, or government agency.
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS, NIST, ISO22301, etc., and basic IT security principles.
- Experience across multiple technical domains.
- Experience with the ISM / PSPF is desirable.
- Proficient in Governance, Risk, and Compliance, with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
