Job Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in the preparation of Tenders and Bids, including the compilation of Compliance Matrices and review of Technical Equipment and Quotations from 3rd Party vendors.
  • Supporting the implementation of Project Execution Plans, including the management lifecycle up to closure and documentation.
  • Monitoring work in progress and preparing weekly reports on the status of each assignment.
  • Coordinating materials and logistics, including shipment and receipt at project sites.
  • Collaborating with project-related personnel to ensure timely completion of projects and documentation.
  • Providing support to the Program Manager as required.
