Job Description

We are seeking a senior UX/UI Lead to join our IT team in Perth CBD. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing exceptional user experiences for global customers and establishing UI/UX frameworks and standards from the ground up.

You will lead design system governance and ensure accessibility and standards are integrated into workflows. Additionally, you will assess UX opportunities and gather technical requirements to inform wireframing, and lead UI/UX integration to improve platform consistency and accessibility standards.

Furthermore, you will facilitate workshops and meetings with product owners and other delivery squad members to drive collaboration and shared understanding.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Senior UX/UI Lead or System design role with 5+ years' experience
  • Proven experience embedding design within an organisation, or have worked with legacy products and thrived in ambiguous environments
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-first, high-impact design outcomes
  • Hands-on expertise with Figma and other design and prototyping tools
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable influencing at the executive level
  • Basic understanding of modern front-end stacks, including CSS, HTML, etc.
  • Prior experience training and guiding junior team members or those less experienced in Figma is beneficial
