You will drive the entire user experience, embed best-practice UX and UI design into delivery projects, and demonstrate the benefits of design utilizing a highly collaborative, pragmatic, and co-design approach.
An important responsibility and opportunity is to ensure consistent and high-quality UX and UI outputs.
What you'll be responsible for : Designing and crafting an exceptional user experience for global customers.
Setting up UI/UX frameworks and standards from the ground up.
Leading design system governance, integrating accessibility and standards for workflows.
Assessing UX opportunities, gathering technical requirements, and wireframing the process.
Leading UI/UX integration to improve platform consistency and accessibility standards.
Coordinating and facilitating workshops and meetings with product owners and other delivery squad members.
What you'll bring to the role :5+ years' experience in a senior UX/UI Lead or System design role.
Proven experience in embedding design within an organization or working with legacy products, especially in high ambiguity environments.
Strong portfolio demonstrating user-first, high-impact design outcomes.
Experience working with a design system and involvement in its formation is a plus.
Hands-on expertise with Figma and other design and prototyping tools.
Strong stakeholder management skills – comfortable influencing at the executive level.
Basic understanding of modern front-end stacks, including CSS, HTML, etc.
Experience training and guiding junior team members or less experienced designers in Figma.
