Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a field marketing professional to support our Life Sciences business unit. This role involves understanding customer needs and promoting our product line.

  • Develop compelling solutions stories that engage our sales force, attract new customers, and generate demand through diversified strategies.
  • Support priority initiatives with sales/marketing tools, including web content, thought leadership, product materials, advertising, and events.
  • Ensure successful product launches with internal and external content, activities, and promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive Product Consideration Through Content and Activities
  2. Foster Awareness with Target Decision Makers & Influencers
  3. Advance Target Personas to Purchase Decisions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as life sciences, biology, chemistry, or engineering.
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in marketing, product management, or both.
  • Experience in life sciences, especially Pharma/BioPharma, is beneficial.
  • Experience with digital and social media marketing and analytics.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and decision-making skills, capable of managing multiple projects.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills and collaborative mindset.
