Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Team Member to join our team in Launceston. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering store operations activities in support of a sales-focused culture and profitable sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Store Administration
  • Ensure effective cash handling and banking integrity
  • Tender transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Manage systems access and data integrity
  • Process store web sales and extended warranty claims
  • Handle telephone management and customer enquiries
  • Coordinate marketing and promotional activities
Financial Performance
  • Contribute to financial performance through effective inventory management and management of controllable expenses
Sales Channel Fulfillment
  • Manage all sales channel fulfillment in line with procedures
Customer Experience
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver a consistent positive store and channel experience for customers
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and queries as required
Brand Representation
  • Contribute to The Good Guys brand and store experience through quality merchandising, in-store marketing, and presentation
Professional Development
  • Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through available online platforms and active participation in development opportunities
