Job Description

As a Configuration Manager, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our organization's logistics support capabilities. You will be responsible for conducting rapid Logistics Support Analyses to identify areas for improvement in supply chain, maintenance, and support operations.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, supply chain, and operations, to integrate logistics considerations into product design and support planning. This will involve inputting to and determining spare parts provisioning lists, publications, and training requirements.

Additionally, you will populate the S-BOM with critical candidate attributes and prepare the loading of the As-Maintained (AM-BOM). You will monitor the configuration of As-Maintained Assets and feed back critical design changes into the engineering design process using Teamcenter.

Furthermore, you will partner with engineering teams to set LSA and CM requirements and identify improvement opportunities in existing ways of working. To drive efficiency, you will leverage AI tools to accelerate Anduril's configuration management activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in technician roles in high-rigor environments such as Aerospace, Maritime, Automotive, Medical Devices, Nuclear, etc.
  • Experience with configuration management and product lifecycle management concepts.
  • Ability to distill LSA fast-paced requirements from relevant industry standards and regulations.
  • Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
  • Database skills with SQL queries are advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A commitment to a positive, inclusive, and collaborative culture.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a NV2 Security Clearance.
