Logistics Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize our global supply chain operations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in logistics and supply chain management within a fast-paced environment, with a deep understanding of logistics software including NetSuite. Strong leadership skills and the ability to build and drive a team to success are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to enhance shipping, receiving, and inventory control processes.
  • Global Operations: Coordinate with international partners and vendors to streamline operations in global wholesale markets.
  • 3PL Fulfillment: Manage all 3PL fulfillment globally from negotiation, selection, operational setup, and continuous improvement.
  • Supply Chain Visibility: Utilize industry-leading tools and software to enhance supply chain visibility and performance.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Extensive experience in logistics and supply chain management within a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills: Deep understanding of logistics software with NetSuite experience.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and drive a team to success.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to manage external relationships.

This is a mid-senior level, full-time position in the supply chain industry. The successful candidate will have unlimited working rights in Australia and excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
