Mine Site Maintenance Coordinators

Job Overview: We are currently recruiting Mine Site cleaning Supervisors to work across various locations throughout Queensland.
About the Role:
- Clean and maintain communal buildings and facilities on the mine site, including offices, training rooms, crib huts, wash rooms, locker rooms, and bath houses.
- Supervise a team of 5-15 cleaners and report to upper level management on a regular basis.
- Perform physically demanding tasks, working 10-12 hour days, including waste removal, power washing pathways, and light grounds work.
- Train new employees and conduct effective prestart meetings.
- Demonstrate and reinforce safe behaviors, investigate and report hazards/incidents and injuries.
Requirements:
- Hold Supervisor Certificates - S123 & G2 and have experience as a supervisor or relevant role.
- Have advanced interpersonal and communication skills, as well as advanced computer skills (All Microsoft applications including Outlook calendar).
- Be available on a 7/7 roster, subject to change due to operational requirements.
- Have reliable transport and backup in case of an issue.
