Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Manager to lead our spa operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and driving business success. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing treatment rooms, directing operational functions, and reviewing sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee treatment rooms and direct operational functions with high standards of quality and efficiency
  • Review, revise, and direct sales and marketing strategies for maximum impact
  • Develop budgets and control cost factors as a strong financial manager
  • Counsel and mentor staff, including receptionists, to ensure excellent customer service
  • Maintain all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality standards
  • Drive retail activities and optimize potential bookings from guests
  • Strategically develop relationships with spa suppliers
  • Ensure the highest standards throughout the spa at all times
  • Show sound financial knowledge and skills in budgeting and forecasting
  • Implement SOPs and provide hands-on training and mentoring
  • Exhibit excellent guest contact skills and communication abilities

Requirements:

  • Six years of experience in the spa industry with a proven track record of success
  • Ability to work on-site in Laverton, AU
  • Australian work authorization and visa
