Job Title: International Procurement Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced International Procurement Manager to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our procurement leadership team, you will be responsible for the management of a large portfolio of hotel suppliers within Qantas Group Accommodation (QGA).

Your primary focus will be on growing Group booking volume and revenue through effective account management, negotiation and implementation of contracts, and collaboration with stakeholders to achieve commercial goals.

You will work closely with the Partnership and Procurement leadership team and the broader Account Management and marketing team to identify opportunities for growth and development within the hotel procurement space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account management and revenue growth across a portfolio of key hotel suppliers
  • Negotiation and implementation of contracts and tactical offers
  • Collation of accurate and regular performance analytics and tracking
  • Engagement of relevant stakeholders in all facets of partnerships
  • Analysis of data and supplier reporting

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in tourism and travel distribution
  • Minimum 5 years account management experience
  • Experience across multiple geographies and working with different business models highly regarded
  • Highly developed analytical skills with a focus on developing insights not merely analysis
  • Exceptional Account Management skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to build strong client relationships
