Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to commercial customers, responding to their enquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process customer requests for delivery and release of orders, ensuring prompt and accurate processing.
  • Liaise with suppliers to obtain pricing and product information, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.
  • Log and follow up on after-sales requests, ensuring that our customers are satisfied with our products and services.
