About the RoleAs a Trade Counter Assistant in Canning Vale, you'll play a crucial role in helping plumbers and other tradespeople access the products they need for building and renovation projects. Your tasks will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and product information
- Offering quotes both in person and over the phone
- Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities
- Maintaining a clean and safe branch environment
- Occasionally making deliveries to customers using a company vehicle
A typical day in this role involves:
