About the RoleThe Therapeutic Child and Family Advocate reports to the Therapeutic Service Manager and specializes in delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions for children, young people, and their families affected by trauma. This position requires a high level of expertise in providing skilled therapeutic support.
This role contributes to our stakeholder engagement and community development initiatives, conducting thorough intake and assessment processes to identify each child's unique needs and delivering tailored interventions that promote positive outcomes.
This role is responsible for maintaining high professional standards, contributing to consistent service quality, and fostering long-term relationships with children and their families.
This is a full-time permanent position offered on a Monday-to-Friday schedule. We are seeking candidates for two positions at our Rockingham and Armadale locations.
