We are seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Family Support Specialist. In this position, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of families by providing exceptional customer service and support.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and leadership support within our organisation. This will include ensuring that all interactions with families are professional, courteous and respectful.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administration and leadership support to ensure exceptional customer service and a warm welcome to all families.
  • Contribute to the effective operation of our organisation through organisational expertise and time management skills.
Service Overview
  • We cater for children from 6 weeks to five years old across multiple rooms and play areas.
  • We offer a convenient location with easy commute options.
  • Our strong management team is dedicated to coaching and guiding you through your career.
  • We utilise Story Park to enrich communication with families about their child's development.
Requirements
  • Previous front desk administration experience is essential.
  • You must be confident in communicating with families both face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Strong communication and time-management skills are required.
  • A valid Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain is necessary.
  • A Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain is also required.
  • Certificate or Diploma in Business is desirable.
