Pathfinders' Out-of-Home Care (OoHC) program is designed to provide a homelike environment for residents, fostering positive coping strategies and maintaining links with birth families and the community.
House Leader RoleThe House Leader is responsible for daily operations, developing routines to meet outcomes for young people in the home. They serve as the primary point of contact for external and internal service providers, providing information as needed.
Maintenance of house cleanliness and development of task lists for support staff are key responsibilities. Weekly reporting to external service providers and attendance at meetings with service providers are also required.
This position requires a full-time House Leader based in Port Macquarie.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement daily routines to meet outcomes for young people in the home.
- Serve as primary point of contact for external and internal service providers.
- Maintain house cleanliness and develop task lists for support staff.
- Report weekly to external service providers and attend meetings as required.
To be successful in this role, you will require strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
