Sheet Metal Fabricator

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a Sheet Metal Worker position.
- Fabrication of sheet metal components, including roofing, flashing, and cladding is a key requirement.
- The ideal candidate will have experience working with metals like stainless steel, galvanised steel, and aluminium in various environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain hand tools and fabrication machinery.
- Interpret technical drawings and plans accurately.
- Perform tasks at heights and within confined spaces as required.
- Ensure compliance with WHS regulations and site safety procedures.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in sheet metal work is essential.
- The ideal candidate will have proven experience with roofing, cladding, and flashing.
- Skilled in fabrication using hand tools and machines is a must.
- Experience working with stainless steel, galvanised steel, and aluminium is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications & Tickets:
- Confined Space Entry certification is highly desirable.
- EWP/Scissor Lift ticket is preferred.
Personal Attributes:
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship is required.
- Good communication and teamwork skills are essential.
- Reliability, punctuality, and ability to work independently or as part of a team are expected.
